Unigeo Project

Located just outside Paris in Seine-Saint-Denis, SMP Energies helps supplying a network of public buildings and public housing organizations.

In the pipeline for several years, this four-well geothermal project will serve up to 20,000 homes and public infrastructures in the towns of Les Lilas, Pré Saint-Gervais and Pantin.

Remarkable in terms of ecological transition, these three towns north of Paris are also ensuring economic stability thanks to the controlled cost of this renewable energy, against a backdrop of soaring fossil fuel prices.
